Özet (EN)

Harf-i cers are among the letters that hold an important place in the Arabic language and are considered important about which voluminous books have been written. Language scholars have attributed many meanings to the prepositions- cer, which have an important function in establishing the context within the sentence and connecting nouns and verbs. For this reason, conflicting opinions have emerged. Prepositions- cer are the most used prepositions in the Quran, it can be said that it is necessary to know the prepositions- cer well in order to understand the Quran. In this study, the aim of this study is to reveal the disagreements about the meaning of the prepositions- cer and their relevance to the extent that they affect the meaning, in the light of some selected philological commentaries, and to evaluate the extent to which these disagreements will be effective in Turkish. This thesis is discussed in the form of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the methodological framework and conceptual framework of the study are drawn. In the first chapter, letters of the alphabet are discussed. In the second part, only the controversial opinions about the letters الْبَاء ، فِ، إِلَ and مِنْ , which are thought to indicate the meaning in the tafsirs examined specifically for Surah Al-Baqara, were examined. In the third part, the meaning in the tafsir examined specifically for the Surah Al-Baqara is given regarding the letters حَ اتّ، عَنْ، عَلَى، الْكَا ف and الالَّم , which are unanimously accepted as letter-i cer but are also said to be not letter-i cer in some cases. Controversial opinions thought to be relevant were examined.
