Financial performance analysis: An investigation on the industrial industry sector processed to the BIST

The purpose of this research is liquidity, financial performance measures of manufacturing businesses operating in Turkey in Istanbul stock exchange, financial events and activities impact on the profitability of the rate structure will be evaluated. To this end; Periods between 2009 and 2017 of 183 enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry sector in BIST were included. Active Profitability and Equity Profitability was used as dependent variable, Acid Test Rate, Cash Ratio, Asset Effectiveness, Leverage Ratio and Firm Size were used as independent variables. The data used in the study were analyzed by panel data method. According to the results obtained from the analysis, it was determined that cash ratio, asset efficiency, leverage ratio and firm size are important determinants of financial performance of firms and profitability.
