Haydar Rıfat's Malumat-i Kanuniye from the perspective of fiqh history

Our study aims to reveal the evaluation of Haydar Rıfat Yorulmaz's named, Yeni ve Mükemmel Malumat-ı Kanuniye in terms of the history of fiqh, who lived in the last periods of the Ottoman Empire and the Republic period. Haydar Rıfat Yorulmaz, who came to the fore in the lawsuits he undertook as a lawyer, also came to the fore with his works and translations. In this context, Haydar Rıfat's life, the cases he has undertaken, his personality and his works have been examined in our thesis. In addition, information about the work we are examining is included. The sources used by the author while creating the work were searched and compared with the work. In addition, the work named Malumat-ı Kanuniye written in Ottoman Turkish has been added to our work in latinized. The evaluations and determinations about this work have been tried to be conveyed in the relevant parts of the thesis and in the conclusion part.
