Abstract (EN)
Modernity, which emerged in the West as a social phenomenon, has profoundly influenced the lives of Muslims and the world of Islamic thought, causing influenced thinkers to bring new approaches to their lives. How the modernization process of the Islamic world evolves is argued by the proponents of the modern approach, and the criticism of Zahid al-Kawseri and his work on the subject of the jurisprudential legacy.
