Fluvalinate is a pesticide used today to remove insects from ornamental plants, fruit trees, vegetables and to control parasites in beehives. In recent years, the use of pesticides has been increasing consciously, but this use is unconsciously damaging to organisms. In this study, the effects of different doses (8µg/L,16µg/L) of Fluvalinate on adult male individuals of zebrafish have been determined. The effects of zebrafish (Danio rerio) on testicular tissue were investigated with hematoxylin and eosin staining method. As a result of Fluvalinate exposure, distortions in seminiferous tubule structures, thickening of the connective tissue were detected in testicular tissue. Decrease in the number of spermatogonial cells were also found.
