Özet (EN)

Modern science is faced with the challenge of developing effective methods for destroying biologically harmful components in gases, liquids and the surface of living things at low temperatures. Protection of various industrial materials, machinery and electronic devices against biocorrosion and biodegradation is another complementary application of sterilization. Vegetative cells, spores, viruses, etc., to sterilize an object or environment. Microorganisms must be destroyed. For example, peroxide-based chemical sterilization methods are often used to sterilize plastic packaging materials. However, the problem of sterilization chemical residues on materials arises. Therefore, sterilization process should be done without using chemicals. Atmospheric cold plasma (ASP) methods are frequently used in various environmental and surface treatments. ASP is capable of inactivating a variety of microbes, mostly by producing reactive species that are cell-killing. Recently, the plasma method has been effective in neutralizing microbes on the surface of agricultural products, medical devices, equipment and in the air. Plasma technology is currently used for a variety of purposes, including sterilization of therapeutic medical devices, increased crop yields and food preservation. The aim of this thesis is to contribute especially to sterilization and disinfection applications and to design a test device that can enable this process to be realized by using plasma technology. Basically, the hardware, software and system design of the device that ionizes the air and produces plasma by generating high voltage will be designed and the temperature current voltage values in the system will be recorded and their control will be realized. In the designed device, EHT transformers are driven with the flyback control method. Adjustable and controllable voltage is obtained at the output of EHT transformers. The amount of high voltage produced can be adjusted at each end by using 3 ends. A stable voltage that can be adjusted between 5-30 kV has been obtained. Real-time voltage, current and temperature control is provided. In high current, temperature, voltage values in the system, the system protects itself and cuts the energy. User information is provided by serial communication and the user sees these values instantly.
