Abstract (EN)
Members of the genus Bacillus are source of many enzymes used in the industrial field. Enzymes synthesized by Bacillus were widely used many industrial applications, for example bread making, food, textiles, beverages, detergents, leather prosessing, alcohol production from renewable energy sources, cosmetics, synthesis of compounds in the chemical field. Therefore, it is extensively used in the production of industrial enzymes. In this study, five Bacillus strains producing several enzymes and isolated from hazelnut samples collected from Trabzon and Giresun were idendified based on morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular tests. According to test results; F2, F16, F30, and F36 isolates exhibited high cellulose activities. Also, F28 and F16 isolates detected high amylase activity. These isolates were identified as Bacillus altitudinis F2, Bacillus safensis F16, Bacillus safensis F28, Bacillus firmus F30 and Bacillus aerophilus F36.
