Abstract (EN)

Composite material is a non-uniform material that made by two or more materials which is bonded mechanicaly. Each material in the composite maintains its own characteristics and these materials bonded to each other, it's properties improve. Composite made from matrix and reinforcement. Glass fiber reinforced polyester is the most well-known variety of continuous fiber reinforced polyester matrix. Besides of low production cost and easy accessibility, big role is belong to reinforcement to reach contains reinforcement almost theoretical level. Curing via photopolymerization in a short time that need to be improved considering the growing market of thermally cured glass fiber reinforcement polyester resin. In this project, it is aimed to curing of well-known polyester resin used in the production industry via photopolymerization method in minutes at room temperature. Expedient to curing via photopolymerization, different production method will be used with variant of lamination structures. In addition, the comparison of cured via thermally and photopolymerization will also be the main objectives of the thesis study.
