Abstract (EN)

Renewable energy sources have been a very popular topic all over the world in terms of cost, efficiency and environmental pollution. Among the renewable energy sources, the most important is solar energy. Dec. Solar energy, which we previously used only as heat and light energy, is widely used in the production of electrical energy with the progress of today's technology. Traditionally used photovoltaic cells are semiconductor materials that are produced in various chemical structures and convert the energy they receive from sunlight directly into electrical energy. Photovoltaic cells are constantly evolving. As a result of this development and various experiments with today's technology, it is aimed to increase the efficiency of photovoltaic cells and produce more electrical energy. By analyzing the energy production of photovoltaic cells, efficiency-increasing situations are examined according to the radiation radiation values. In this thesis study, the efficiencies of cells with different chemical structures in different regions were evaluated. In this thesis study, prediction models were developed using the regression approach, which is a machine learning method using the MATLAB program, and different error analysis tests were used to examine the performance of the models.
