Abstract (EN)

In this study, a photovoltaic system located in on one horizontal ("UPPER") and four different vertical ("EAST", "WEST", "SOUTH", and "NORTH") surfaces has been established to measure the solar radiation coming from different directions. All data measured in unit of volt were collected minutely during one year (April 2020 to March 2021). The data were converted in unit of W/m2 with using the data measured simultaneously from Eppley B&W Pyranometer (Model 8-48) and then were analyzed as hourly, daily, monthly and yearly. Yearly global radiation components from daily data in the five different orientations ("UPPER", "EAST", "WEST", "SOUTH", and "NORTH") were obtained to be 122092.60 W/m2, 38886.30 W/m2, 80494.43 W/m2, 103446.57 W/m2 and 34832.45 W/m2, respectively. Moreover, It was also obtained that monthly mean total solar radiation were also obtained to be 350.92 W/m2, 207.74 W/m2, 231.74 W/m2, 298.16 W/m2, and 100.08 W/m2, respectively. We believe that the present results can help to establish a more reliable comprehensive solar radiation database.
