Abstract (EN)

As an alternative to electricity generation based on traditional power plants, which are limited in resources to meet the growing energy needs in many countries worldwide, the orientation towards environmentally friendly, clean and sustainable renewables is growing by the day. Lack of fossil resources, cost and wage changes, and their detrimental effects due to their non-environmental are leading countries to find alternatives to primary energy sources. Solar power, an environmentally friendly resource, is a very big potential alternative to traditional energy sources. In line with this, applications to utilize the potential of solar power for electricity generation continue to increase. In this Thesis, literature screening was conducted by examining the phases of electric power generation from solar power, solar-photovoltaic energy systems, photovoltaic-based distributed generation (PVDG) and some of the fundamental problems encountered in integrating this production into traditional distribution networks. Information on harmonic distortion produced by PVDG units and the effects it causes have been shared. The maximum permitted penetration level of PVDG is also taken into account in distribution because problems and errors in the grid were observed to increase as PV penetration increased. Integrating PVDG into power systems has different challenges, including integrated system reliability. A balanced and controlled grid connection must be provided to ensure reliability, ensuring PVDG connectivity to or disconnection from the grid when desired. The amount of power generated by renewable energy-generated PVDG may not be fully consistent, so PVDG's high penetration of the grid may reduce the reliability of the power system network. İn general in this thesis; solar energy systems, solar cell cell and operating principle, integration of photovoltaic-based distributed manufacturing (PVDG) into the grid, some fundamental problems with integrations have been studied and matlab application analysis and integration simulation has been examined, along with optimal planning general procedures for PVDG placement and sizing Apart from the problems detected in the integration of a PVDG production into the grid, it is also concluded that there are great opportunities and benefits, such as technical, economic and environmental benefits.
