Abstract (EN)
The most characteristic feature of semiconductors that makes the importantand useful is that their valence electrons become conductive with external interference such as heat, light, sound, electricity or magnetic effect. One of the most important developments that led to the increase in semiconductor diversity is the differentiation in thin film productionmethods. The diversity in thin film deposition techniques has led to the production of new materials with differentelectrical, magnetican doptical properties. Recently, studies on the production of thin films with different optoelectronic properties to diversify and increase the efficiency of photovoltaic cells have been increasing. In this study; sol-gel magnetics pin coating method, which is new to the literature, was used in the production of doped and undoped TiO2 thin films. To investigate the effect of doping, doped thin films were produced by doping TiO2 thin films with differentratios of Copper (Cu) and Iron (Fe). The effects of doping on structural, surface, and optical properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and UV-Vis. Spectroscopy, respectively. As a result of the investigations, it was seen that the properties of TiO2 thin films can be changed in a controlled mannerby doping.
