Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, it is aimed to design a domestic FPGA circuit board that can be used in engineering education and applications with a lower cost as an alternative to the FPGA development boards that are already used with very high costs, which are already imported from abroad. For this purpose, step-by-step circuit design will be explained for design engineers who want to develop in the field of FPGA-based system design, and information about the operation of the circuit will be presented by making an application. Altium PCB Design Software & Tools program or Easy-PC PCB Design Software Program will be used in the drawings of the circuit. In Xilinx ISE Design Tools/Vivado program, the necessary program will be loaded with the JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) interface in order to test the systems designed in the VHDL (Very High Speed ​​Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) language on the circuit board to be designed. . In order to minimize the hardware cost, the FPGA development board to be designed will be implemented with the minimum number of hardware specific to the application, and the number of auxiliary additional circuits will be increased when necessary, so that the designed board will become more capable.
