Abstract (EN)
New Media, created on the basis of Web 2.0 technologies, has provided new environments for users to be involved in content production. In this way, users have changed from passive reader to active reader-writer position. These environments, where users can communicate from multi-point to multi-point, horizontal and peer-to-peer communication, have also provided the opportunity to eliminate information asymmetry between media and ordinary users. The democratization of communication and the transition of users to the consumer position have led to many new developments in social and economic terms. The hate speech that is reproduced and circulated in the new media is also one of the social developments that can be considered as negative in new media. One of the first things that comes to mind when it comes to new media and hate speech is football. In our country, football is a subject that holds quite a place both in the traditional and the new media.
