Abstract (EN)
This study examines how the perception of the Prophet Muhammad is shaped in the works of Fuzuli, one of the 16th century classical Turkish literature poets. With a literary taste and artistic understanding molded by Islamic and Sufi culture, Fuzuli addressed many prophets, especially the Prophet Muhammad, in his works with a glorifying language and style, and processed them in different semantic relationships. This study focuses on how the poet's perception of the Prophet is shaped in his works of different genres, which literary genres and religious sources he uses, and the aesthetic dimensions of this perception. Fuzuli's perception of the Prophet is examined by examining all of the poet's works. In these works, the poet expressed his love, respect, devotion and deep affection for the Prophet Muhammad in a mystical style, blending it with his understanding of divine love. In addition, the moral and spiritual aspects of the Prophet Muhammad; evaluated with both human and prophetic identities, and it was seen that these aspects were associated with the ideal human model. This study aims to reveal how Fuzuli's perception of the prophet overlaps with his mystical views. In the study, it was seen that the perception of the Prophet in Fuzuli's works carries both religious and aesthetic value. In addition, it was determined that this perception of the poet was blended with the cultural and literary accumulation of the period and expressed in an original way.
