Green growth in G8 countries

Green growth is a term that ensures stable economic growth at a stable level and is based on the understanding of decoupling economic growth from resource use and negative impacts. In the process of the green economy, it has grown in popularity in recent years because it has been able to respond without giving up economic growth. Fossil-containing storage reserves are located in certain parts of the world and have led to the intertwining of countries that do not have these resources in energy. Countries meet their increasing energy demand mostly from fossil energy sources. In addition, fossil fuels are exhaustible resources and cause environmental pollution by emitting CO2 when burned. The examination of the G8 countries, which have a large share in the economy, is among the main objectives of this study. The fact that the G8 countries are important in terms of geographical location also leads to the fact that they are a great economic power. In addition, due to the growth in developing and developed countries that include the G8 countries, many negative environmental factors (greenhouse gases caused by CO2 gas emissions) have caused a decline in economic growth. Contrary to these negative reasons, especially in recent years, increasing and encouraging renewable energy production in many countries on the basis of G8 countries has become very important in terms of maintaining the existence of a green economy. Increasing production capacities for the production of renewable energy sources has enabled the reduction of the environmental damage of production and the realization of maximum output production with less cost.
