Abstract (EN)
Gammarus has both economical and aquatic indicator properties. The aim of this study was to use different molecular tecniques for Gammarus pulex belonging to Gammarus species. First of all, genomic DNA was isolated. Spectrophotometric and electrophotometric methods were used to analyse quality and purification of isolated DNA. This analyses showed that these samples could be used for PCR. DNA band pattern was obtained with universal primers by PCR. Furthermore, protein isolation was also performed for Gammarus pulex. Isolated protein samples were analysed by SDS-PAGE. 9 Gammarus pulex individuals had the same protein conformation. These results showed that DNA and protein can be used to detect the relationship between species.
