Abstract (EN)
Today, Superlattice structures of Type II GaSb/InAs superlattice provide us to identify infrared radiation and certain wavelength ranges which can not be detected by human eye .These structures oparete under a certain electric field .This type of infrared sensors is basic parts of ınfrared vison system in defense industry. We can use some computer simmulation to identify working principles of GaSb/InAs, Electon ?holes wave functions, and reactions under certain waveleghts. Thus, reactions under electrical field by simulation which is writen can be observed easily. In this thesis we determined simulations of GaSb/InAS type II superlatice?s reactions under electircal filed. In addition ; some simulation studies which is about development of MATLAB code and make easier and fast to codes are mentioned .Basically Kronig Penney techniques have been mentioned and one well and one bariyer problem and implement wave function in Matlab have been solved . Adition to this, firstly GaSb/?nAs type II superlattice is created via doping p-n junction, and then in MATLAB, change of p-n junction under electrical field has been explained. Most importantly, written codes are developed to make more efficinet and fast Beside of this, a interface program by MATLAB is preapered so interface which can be operated independent of MATLAB is obtained.
