Abstract (EN)
Aim: This study was conducted to examine the attitudes of pregnant women towards sexuality. Metarial and Method: Descriptive and cross-sectional research of 20 Families belonging to the Kızıltepe district of Mardin Province it was conducted with 601 pregnant women in 4 Family Health Centers selected within the Health Center. An introductory information Form and an Attitude Scale to Sexuality During Pregnancy were used to collect the data. Data number, percentile distribution, average, minimum and maximum values, standard deviation, independent, student t-test, Oneway ANOVA test, Tukey Post Hoc, Pearson correlation and Multiple Logistic Regression using analysis was evaluated. Results: The mean GCKTÖ score of pregnant women was found to be 117.2±20.8 (min-max:47-163). Number of Pregnant Women it was found that 60.73% of them have a positive attitude towards sexuality during pregnancy. In the study, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the education level, employment status, place of residence, economic status, type of marriage, pregnancy type, avoidance of sexuality during pregnancy, duration of marriage and number of pregnancies, and the GCKTÖ score averages of the pregnant women (p<0.001). Conclusion: As a result of the research, it was determined that the attitudes of pregnant women towards sexuality were positive. Pregnant women with a negative attitude to sexuality show more avoidance behavior of sexuality it has been identified. Keywords: Sexual Attitude, Pregnancy, Woman
