Özet (EN)

In this study; The region where history and is thought to be related to the geographical structure of Tokat Block Printing Arts and present situation of the development process are discussed. The solution based for collecting data are searching printed and internet publications and interviews with the last three printing artists When we commantate the obtained data, it is understood that the Tokat Block Printing Art is one of the oldest fabric printing style and and this culture transmitted from generation to generation is like a combined language with art, bu t it was understood that this art which has 600 years of history reduced the sustainability today. The conclusion of the research includes, Cultural importance of specifying Tokat Block Printing Arts and proposals have been made to ensure the continuity of this art again.
