Abstract (EN)

The examination of this study is the clinical and radiological results of open reduction with medial adductor approach treatment patients of DDH. We made use of our clinic?s series which are applied, followed and treated for 30 years.We predicated this study on radiological Sever?s and clinical Modified McKay?s criteria and MAYAR results are examined in company with the literature.66 hips of followed 41 patients, who are treated between years 1980-2010, are examined clinical and radiological on development of upper and of the femur?s and acetabulum, and presented.The AVN (avascular necrosis) ratings, and anatomic and functional results of the final control of our cases are founded to be compatible with the literature.In conclusion, the MAYAR treatment which is used in DDH is decided to be an effective surgery treatment for acetabulum and upper and of the femur?s development among proper age groups with additional attempts at the appropriate and with long term following.
