Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to compare the psychophysiological and technical responses specific to the 3x3 basketball game played on half-court with a single hoop and a double hoop. The research group consisted of 12 young basketball players (age = 16.58 ± 0.5, height = 177.58 ± 4.03, kg = 61.68 ± 2.41, bmi = 19.56 ± 0.68) who were selected in a randomized controlled trial. During the study, mean heart rate (HR), heart rate percentage (HR%), total covered distance (TCD), the rating of perceived exertion (RPE), enjoyment responses were determined. In addition, technical activities such as successful, unsuccessful and total passes, successful, unsuccessful and total shots and turnovers were recorded. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference in performance responses such as HR, HR%, TCD, RPE and enjoyment responses compared to single hoop (p<0.05). Regarding technical parameters, statistically significant differences were found in unsuccessful shot, successful pass, unsuccessful pass and total pass (p<0.05). In conclusion, 3x3 games played on half court with single and double hoops have effects on psychophysiological and technical responses of basketball players. Coaches can use this results in their training plans for both physiological and technical development.
