The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job satisfaction and cyberloafing behaviour on organizational alienation. The control group of the study comprises of staff at the Youth Services and Provincial Sports Directorates in the Aegean Region, working in a capacity of Expert, Physical Education Expert, and Athletics Training Expert. Voluntary participation of 190 persons was obtained for the study. The data collection tools for the study comprise of the Cyberloafing Behaviour Survey, Job Satisfaction Survey, and Organizational Alienation Survey, together with the Personal Information Form prepared by the author. Analysis of the data was carried out using the Kolmogrov-Simirnov test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Shapiro-Wilk test. The statistical findings of the study were obtained by using the SPSS 23 computer program. As an outcome of the study, it was found that Job Satisfaction and Cyberloafing had an effect on Organizational Alienation.
