The effect of the administrative styles of the administrators of the sports federations (president, secretary general) affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the job satisfaction of the federation employees

A three-part questionnaire was used in the study. In the first part of the questionnaire, the demographic information form is included to determine the personal information of the participants.In the second part, the Management Behaviors Scale of Managers developed by Kurt and Terzi (2005) is used to measure the perceptions of the employees about the management style of managers. The scale consists of 5 dimensions, (1: never, 5: always), 3 dimensions and 29 items.In the third section, to evaluate the level of job satisfaction of the employees The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, which was developed by Weiss and his colleagues(1967) Was adapted to Turkish by Baycan (1985) and validated for reliability and validity.SPSS 21.0 programs were used to analyze the data. Skewness coefficient was used in the normality test of scores. The scoring coefficient (Skewness) used in the normal distribution characteristics of the scores obtained from a continuous variable can be interpreted as not having a significant deviation from the normal distribution. Non-parametric tests can be used as well as using parametric tests by providing normal distributions of the points that do not Show a normal distribution with square root, logarithmic or reverse rotation methods (Büyüköztürk, 2011). As the scale and the sub-dimension scores show normal distribution, the two independent samples t-test were used for comparison of gender, marital status, graduation area, type of study and working status; One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare age, level of education, total working time, working time in the institution, working time with the current manager. In the ANOVA test, LSD post hoc test was used for paired comparisons in order to determine the difference between the groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between scale and sub-dimension. The Significance level was determined as 0.05 (p <0.05).
