Abstract (EN)
The best position without affecting the physiology of the patient, without causing damage to the soft tissue and skeletal surgery or surgical interference, allowing to facilitate position. The correct position is to provide a good surgical field and reduces the potential damage to the nervous. Various surgical procedures are used in different positions for convenience. Positions used in surgery; Supine position, trendeleng position, the prone position, lateral position, sitting position, lithotomy position, the knee-chest position, fawler position. Damage due to intra-operative position, the patient's tolerance, age, weight, nutritional status, drug treatment, is affected by factors such as the presence of chronic diseases. Positions are given to the patient due to complications of the surgery, pressure ulcers, ocular damage, compartment syndrome, nerve damage, hypotension, joint dislocations and bone fractures, skin lasverasyon, venous air embolism, allopesi , back pain.In our study, patients having surgery under general and regional anesthesia, due to complications during surgery, we aimed to investigate the positions. 216 subjects with age and weight have made our work without discrimination. Patient information we have obtained through a survey. The patients received preoperative information. We recorded the position and vital signs during surgery. After surgery, the operation time, the complications related to anesthesia to evaluate the shape and position postup vital signs.Lateral and supine position, operations, most back pain, nerve damage in the prone position, operations, operations in the lithotomy position've found most-developed pressure ulcers. Kidney and urethra surgery developed more complications than other surgery especially back pain, pressure ulcers and foot drop developed have found. Development of complications, especially as the duration of Complication rate of development has taken as the duration of the operation, especially for operations lasting more than 4 hours and over found that complications developed. With the development of diabetes complications, we found no association between, disease than those without any complications developed in patients with a disease. Operations performed under general anesthesia, regional anesthesia according to the operations found that more complications developed. Mobilization of the situation and the complications of being in a relationship not previously undergone surgery have found. Pre-operative complications in the development of pressure ulcers, we found that 50% effective. Hemodynamic values during the operation position and found that there is no correlation between oxygen saturation value. Preoperative Systolic Arterial Pressure, Systolic Arterial Pressure, Heart Rate, and respiratory rate significantly increased. Intraoperative systolic arterial pressure, systolic arterial pressure, heart rate, and we found that respiratory rate decreased significantly. Intraoperative systolic arterial pressure, systolic arterial pressure, heart rate, and number values of respiratory decline in patients over the operation and have determined that a period of 4 hours. As a result, positions are given during surgery, the type of surgery done, the presence of disease, presence of preoperative complications affect the development of pressure ulcers. Depending on the positions of developing complications should be investigated on a larger patient profile.
