Abstract (EN)
In this study, Genista vuralii, endemic plant in Turkey, was analysed for its total and free genistein and daidzein content by using HPLC method.The total and free genistein amount was found in Genista vuralii as % 0.726 and % 0.099 respectively. Total and free daidzein content of the aerial parts of Genista vuralii was found to be % 1.922 and % 0.624.
