Abstract (EN)

In this study, the methods of supporting a two block structure to be built in Batman Province with bored pile systems are discussed. Soil profile was created with the data taken from the soil survey report and plancode, and models were created with PLAXIS 2D PLAXIS 3D FOUNDATION and SAP2000 computer software using the real building loads calculated in the project. According to the obtained results, the deformation and stress values occurring in the soil layers and pile groups were compared and interpreted. For the upper layer under the foundation, foundation systems based on soil types consisting of low plasticity clay, medium plasticity clay and filling material are modeled. The effects of stress and displacement conditions of the foundation system under loose soil units and low groundwater level conditions were investigated. In the results obtained in the study, it has been seen that the analysis and calculations made with these programs that work with the finite element method, which is widely used in geotechnical research, are significantly effective in comparing the accuracy of the result. It has been determined that many parameters that cannot be considered with traditional methods can be easily modeled with these computer software working with the finite element method.
