Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study was to determine. The stretching excercise which is performed different environmental temperature for improving flexibility. For these purpose of this study 14 week session, total 48 male subjects were participated in this study in the ages of 18-24 subjects divided into 3 grups. Each group was performed the stretching exercise in different environmental temperature (20°C, 40°C ve 60°C). Stretching exercise was limitated with knee flexion. Left Leg as is selected as a control and the right Leg as a experimental Leg. Before stretching exercise, left and rigth knee flexion values was measred. After 14 weeks traning session, left and right knee's flexion values was measured again. Anova was used in order to defermine the differences amang 3 groups for improving flexibility. Tukey's metot was used in significantly different value. As a result; there was a significantly differences between control and experimental legs for flexibility development. On the other hand, there were no significantly differences among 3 groups for improving flexibility.
