Aim:In this study, students studying at Giresun University are intended to examine the viewpoint of recreative activities in their free time. Material and Method:The study consists of a total of 36 volunteers, who between 18-28 years old 12 women (33.3%) and 24 male (66.7%), which were randomly selected from the students of Giresun University Faculty of Sport Sciences. Finding:While 18 (54.55%) of the study participated in the study are living in the city centre ,14 people (42.42%) are living in the districts and 1 (3.03%) person lives in the village. The majority of the participants who participated in the study preferred to play football in recreative activities (15 kişi 42%), followed by 6 people (16%) volleyball . 19 people (53%) of the participants who declared that they prefer sports in leisure activities (53%), while performing these actions, and after they were happy, 12 people (33%) were felt energetic. 31 people (86%) from the participants of the study indicating that they have sufficient information on recreative events, 5 people (14%) stated that they have not fully informed. While 16 people (44%) declared to be healthy in order in leisure activities in leisure activities, 9 people (25%) were declared to be happy. 12 people (33%) of the participants who care for sporting activities in recreative activities (33% were cheerful in the face of the cases that the casual life has a moving structure, 9 people (25%) could remain calm, and said. 24 people (67%) of the participants who are important to sports activities within recreative activities, and 8 people (22%) were partially due to the benefit of such activities. 27 people (75%) of the participants who are important to sportive activities have been positive relationship with their family. In recreative activities, 11 people (31%) from the participants that are important to sports activities described as the "life source" , 8 people (22%) described as "the indispensable" and 8 people (22%) described as "lifestyle". As a result: A large part of the participants in recreative life dominates the use of sport activities positively affects themselves in daily life.
