Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the mentoring functions faced by entrepreneurs operating in Turkey, and their perceived organizational performance. This study includes three chapters. The chapter includes a detailed explanation of entrepreneurship. The second chapter is on the mentorship. The third part of the study contains the results of a field research which was conducted to determine the relationship between the mentorship functions and perceived organizational performance levels of the founders of the enterprises operating in the Trabzon Technology Development Zone and Samsun Technology Development Zone. The data was analyzed with SPSS 23.0 package program. The validity and reliability analyzes of the scales, frequency, arithmetic mean and percentage distributions of the scores obtained from the scales, were given. The data set was analyzed with Independent Two-Sample T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation and Regression techniques. The basic finding of the field research reflects that, there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurs' perceived organizational levels and mentoring functions.
