Abstract (EN)
In this study, a RP-HPLC method with DAD (Diod Array Detector) of simple, fast, repeatable, sensitive and economic was developed both in pharmaceutical preparations and human plasma for quantitative analysis of Glyceryl Guaiacolate active ingredient widely used in cold medicines.After the method development, bioanalytical method validation was made. For this, all of the validation parameters such as precision, accuracy, specificity, selectivity and recovery were determined and the results were evaluated statistically.
