Abstract (EN)
Turkey refugees / asylum seekers to host groups and a protective country. Refugee / asylum-seekers in their own countries, race, religion, nationality, membership in a social group and they seek asylum in another country because they are afraid of being pressured because of their political considerations. From this perspective, migration does not always have positive results. Therefore, it is necessary to inform potential migrants in advance about the country of migration. To understand the behavior of the total number of immigrants with a project number of 3.6 million and literature and research to control the process. Perception management can eliminate information pollution and using the information correctly and with the right tools can reduce the negative effects of migration. This study presents the findings of the field research conducted in 2019 for a total of 35.000 refugees / asylum seekers in Sakarya by the researcher. The opinions of refugees / asylum-seekers who migrated to Sakarya Province on migration conditions are included. The fact that perception management can direct the phenomenon of migration in this study is the use of information at this stage and finally, the problems of the refugees / asylum seekers, who are generally reduced to Sakarya, but which are generally in question.
