Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study, it's to examine on the consumption of goji berry at the weight loss of boxers. In this study, there are 24 eager man boxers with licence who train in the box clup of Sakarya. In this study when it's applied the training proper to branch to boxers on the periods preparation, it's not applied to whatever the diet program at the taking calories when they passed the time at the club. The datums were analysed by the analysed by the analisateur of the body composition MC780. In the analyse of datums, it was used the program spss 20. At the end, when looking on the boxers who have get heavy weight, it wasn't be talked about the loss according to time at the weight loss of consumption of goji berry,and, it was determined the decreasing on the index of body's mass and levels of internal getting fat. It wasn't seen on the proportion of body's fat, the proportion of body's protein, the metabolic speed on weight and the proportion of body's liquid.. We believe that the consumption of goji berry not only boxers but also all of boxers on the level weight. Support the keeping at the true level not to drop the proposition liquid and the levels of the proportion mineral especially at the level of preparation.
