Abstract (EN)

Multiple units work in a coordinated manner in order to perform aviation activities. Each unit aims to ensure that aviation activities performed in a safely manner. Anadolu University has an airport that provide aviation services for domestic, international and training flights. These services are air traffic control services, aviation information services, aircraft maintenance services and flight training services. All these services require collaborative workspace to ensure the flight safety. Air traffic services are important actors in air transportation safety. Air traffic services consists of; air traffic control services, flight information services and alerting services. Air traffic control services are also consists of terminal control, approach control and area control services. Technological developments and continuously increasing air transportation demand cause to shift methods that used in air traffic control from traditional methods to automated methods. Objectives of this project are providing critical statistical data to flight information services and developing electronic strip environment to air traffic control unites in order to be used in air traffic control services. The software will be tested in Anadolu University Airport, Air Traffic Control Unit. In case of minor imperfections the software will be updated and final release will be used in real traffic environment.
