Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to design a decision support model with business intelligence infrastructure, where department managers working at tactical level can access real-time, accurate and fast information at iterative decision-making points. Another purpose of the study is that the development process and the model introduced are examples of different departments. The study was carried out with the support of the data and opinions of two companies that manufacture and develop production software. Both qualitative and quantitative research approaches were used during the study. In the quantitative approach, operational data has been refined, consolidated and visualized. In cases where the data is not sufficient, the result is obtained by collecting data from the application area and replicating. It is based in part on a qualitative research strategy, through direct consultation with the user. The model is structured in the purchasing processes of the enterprises, in the context of supplier evaluation of decision-makers, within the framework of monitoring and control tasks. This study presents a new model approach for the analysis and sharing of data accumulated in manufacturing enterprises using the instrument panel instrument, artificial immune system and data mining techniques. It has been observed that the model, which can be recursive support in decision making with the new generation communication tools integrated with the supply chain management systems in order to support the managers at the tactical level, can provide accurate and fast information support in real time.
