Abstract (EN)
The superior mechanical, electrical and optical properties of graphene compared to noble metals have made it an interesting material today. Despite the prevailing belief that two-dimensional materials cannot remain stable, two-dimensional structures were paved the way for two-dimensional structures with graphene, which was first obtained, and they have been the subject of various applications and research areas. At the same time, plasmonic systems are also of great interest today and find a place in the literature in a wide variety of fields. When creating plasmonic systems, it is a great ad- vantage that the system is tunable. In a tunable system, the properties of the material used can be adjusted by external influences without changing the established structure, which provides great experimental convenience. It is precisely at this point that graphene's su- perior properties of being electrically tunable makes it a key factor for tunable plasmonic structures. In this thesis, we will enhance the inherently very low SERS signal by using graphene and TiN in a double resonance scheme. While doing the enhancement, we will investigate the tunable properties of graphene and examine its effect on the enhancement. At the same time, in this study, we will combine graphene and TiN from Group IV nitrides as a quantum plasmonic application
