Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, interconnected power systems are required to ensure equality of frequenciesin order to connect. To ensure that equality must provide the balance of production andconsumption. If the frequency is increased too much production increases, productionwill decrease the frequency decreases. To remain permanently fixed frequency outputsare checked, generator active power output regulates. This arrangement is defined asload frequency control or automatic production control.Load frequency control; primary frequency control and secondary frequency controlloop consists of cycles. The primary frequency control cycle is the control of a speedregulator with synchronous generator. Because of the alone primary control is notenough, the power line frequency and deterioration of the connection itself is createdand its integration with error signal proportional to the speed regulator is obtained byadding a second control. In this study, a power system load frequency control to achieve the first single-zone,then two-zone model of a power system has been established. This model was createdas a PI controller, PID, fuzzy PI and fuzzy PID controllers have been added. The fuzzyPID controller has been applied as twenty-five, forty-nine and eighty-one canonical andall the contollers were compared with each other according to the criteria of time to sitdown, redemption amount and the criteria of the ITA. Comparisons of the resultsshowed that eighty-one canonical fuzzy PID controllers had best performance.
