Abstract (EN)

After determining the crushing properties of the material in the preparation of the ore, the correct equipment should be selected for crushing and the equipment parameters should be appropriately determined. The utilization of the used ore is expressed by decreasing the energy consumption, to maximize the efficiency of the crushing process. The purpose of a crushing process; the appropriate amount of crushing or grinding is the minimum amount of crushing or grinding consumed per ton or kilogram of crushed material while the crushing or milling amount is the maximum. Therefore; it is of great importance to carry out performance analysis in the existing process in order to provide flexible operation in the grinding cycle, depending on the operating conditions that are appropriate to the properties of the ore fed. In this work, a silver manufacturing plant is located; the problems were investigated by examining the mills used for bringing the incoming crude material to the required level. In the analyzes made, grain size and additive density can be maintained at the desired level, as the amount of raw material fed to the ball mills can be adjusted automatically or manually and the process water is added to the cyclone (separator) and pump reservoir. In ball mills used for grinding; In the case of using steel ball and rubber lining and steel ball and steel lining, performance analysis calculations were made and recommendations were made according to the volume of the mill used for grinding. In addition, different designs of the conical crusher and grinding mill used for maximum production of the mechanical parts used in gold and silver production facilities have been made.
