Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, microbiological pollutants (mold and bacteria) concentrations were measured simultaneously at 4 different points (classroom, kitchen, entrance, and outdoor environment) of 4 different day care center located in Odunpazarı District of Eskisehir providence. Microbiological contaminants were measured using the passive sampling method at 4 different seasons. Measurements include 3 inside environments: classroom, kitchen, entrance and the outdoor environment. When the results were examined, the highest bacterial concentration was measured in the classroom environment (3045.98 CFU/m3) in the Day Care Center-4 in winter, and the fungi concentration was measured outdoors in the autumn season (2801.72 CFU/m3) in the Day Care Center-2. Non-carcinogenic health risk calculations for microbiological contaminants were made by the HQ values. Since the calculated risk values are HQ<1, it can be interpreted that a significant toxic effect is not likely. Considering the statistical results obtained from this thesis study; While it was seen that seasons and sampling point were effective in mold concentration, it was concluded that in day care homes, seasons and sampling point were effective in bacterial concentration. In day care center 1, during the winter- time, the mold value drops to the most optimal and its minimum value of 83,0508 at the entrance part, bacteria value drop its optimal and minimum value at 75,2008 during the spring-time at its outside.
