Abstract (EN)
In this work, we investigate the effects of new physics scenarios on solar neutrino-induced interactions in dark matter direct detection experiments. We consider new light mediator models, where a new light boson mediates additional neutrino interactions; the sterile neutrino dipole portal, which introduces transition magnetic moments between active and sterile neutrino states; and the Higgs triplet model, where singly charged Higgs bosons contribute to neutrino scattering processes. Our analysis focuses on two fundamental processes: elastic neutrino-electron scattering (EνES) and coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CEνNS). We use datasets from the CDEX-10, PandaX-4T, and XENONnT dark matter experiments. By performing a χ2-analysis, we derive new and competitive constraints on the considered models from recent low-energy recoil data of these experiments. The analysis incorporates solar neutrino survival probabilities to account for flavor-dependent effects. For comparison, we also include limits from previous studies based on other experimental data. Our results demonstrate significantly improved sensitivity relative to existing bounds, highlighting the potential of low-energy solar neutrino measurements in advancing the search for physics beyond the Standard Model.
