Özet (EN)

The usage of solar panels today has become widespread. However, when the solar panels are connected directly to the system, they can not operate at the maximum power point. To solve this problem, many maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods have been established. In this study, adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is proposed for maximum power point tracking in solar cells. Because, ANFIS has the ability to decide like people and can self-learn. Mathematically modeled photovoltaic panel values, were taken. After that, different radiation and temperature values have been transferred to ANFIS. Between these values ANFIS establishes logical relationship for sensing the minimum error value. After a series of operations DC-DC converter has been switched and direct current has been obtained. Mathematical models of the all components in the system have been obtained and system performed in MATLAB software package 2013a. Also maximum power point tracking, system components of the design, which are working in the system were examined, details from performance ratio perspective, are provided. The simulation results have been compared with the studies in the literature and the advantages and disadvantages of the installed system was evaluated.
