The relatıonship between recreation and recreational sports participatıon of the staff of the staff in The Southeastern Anatolia Region

The aim of this study is; Participation of Recreational Personnel in Youth Services and Sport Provincial Directorates in Southeastern Anatolia Region to Recreational Sport Participation. A total of 200 men and women ,aged between 18 and 60 and residing in the provinces of the Southeast Region and working in the central organization of the General Directorate of Sports participated in the study, The individuals who participated in the youth services and sports provincial directorates were selected randomly. SPSS 25 IBM statistical package program was used in the evaluation and calculation of the data. Data are summarized as average and standard deviation. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the participation rate of the personnel to the sport and the participation level in the sport and the level of participation in the sport were significantly higher (p <0.05). As a result, the attitudes of the employees working in the provincial directorates of the Southeastern Anatolia region to the recreational sport and their participation in recreational sports vary according to their gender, marital status, age, educational status and income status.
