The discovery of protective, preventive, supportive and therapeutic compounds for people to lead a healthier and higher quality life constitutes an important place for the century we live in. The wide variety of biological effects of boron is promising in this regard. It is known that the element boron is important for completing the life cycles of organisms that show life functions. It has been observed that it plays a regulatory role in energy metabolism, mineral metabolism, hormone metabolism, bone structure and function, and other metabolic processes in humans and animals. The benefits are increasing day by day, such as the protection of DNA and the effect of oxidative stress. In this sense, boron shows promise in the development of new therapeutic agents. The use of boron derivatives has increased in recent years, especially in the context of food supplements. In this thesis, biological ligands of citric acid, salicylic acid, malic acid, aspartic acid, glycine, ascorbic acid, lactose, glucose, fructose, glucosamine, chondritin sulfate and boron monoester and boron diester structures were synthesized. Na, K, Mg, Ca cations were used to stabilize boron ester structures. The structural properties of the synthesized compounds, the molecules obtained by crystallization/precipitation from their solid aqueous solutions, elemental analysis, melting point determination, infrared spectroscopy analysis (FT-IR), thermal analysis (TGA/DTA), mass analysis (GC-MS) and single crystal structure analysis (SC-XRD) methods have been elucidated. The cytotoxic properties of the structurally examined molecules were investigated within the scope of biocompatibility studies.
