Güvenli bebek-anne bağlanma programının anne ve hemşire görüşleriyle nitel açıdan incelenmesi

This study qualitatively examined the acceptability and feasibility of a newly developed, nurse-implemented attachment-based intervention, the Infant-Mother Attachment Security Program, integrated into Türkiye's primary healthcare system. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 mothers and 6 nurses to explore their experiences and suggestions during the program's early stages. Reflexive thematic analysis revealed two main themes: (1) Seeing through new eyes, capturing the emotional and professional awareness gained by the stakeholders, and (2) Feasibility in practice: What it takes to make it work, outlining what facilitated or hindered the implementation and the conditions needed for sustainability. Overall, the findings suggest that both mothers and nurses appreciated the program and found it meaningful; however, challenges related to workload, time, and systemic support were identified as key barriers to long-term feasibility. The results highlight the program's potential for integration into family health centers, provided that structural adjustments are made to support its delivery.
