Abstract (EN)

It existed in the classical period with its institutionalization since the foundation of the Ottoman Empire and its institutions as well as with its military and political presence in a very wide geographical region for centuries. The financial organization of the Ottoman Empire was established with this consciousness and at the time of the 1st Murad, which can be described as the early period. Originally simple, this institution had been developed for many years depending on needs. The finance organization was in many sub-institutions, some of them become idle in time, and some continued until the establishment of the Finance Ministry and then it become a part of the Finance Ministry. Many of the books in which all kinds of monetary affairs of the Empire are recorded in all these sub institutions can be conveyed to today as a cultural and historical heritage. These books are classified in different categories in the archives of the BOA today. The subject of this research is the product of the financial organization of the Ottoman Empire and consists of approximately 26000 books. The second part of the book of MAD 9885, which is chosen as the subject of study, covers 183 and 363 pages and was kept between 1699-1700. The book has 90 parts and there are 407 provisions excluding the provisions which are not canceled.
