Abstract (EN)
The documentary cinema is most affected field by the crisis of reality, which felt the effect on social sciences and arts in the second half of the 20th century: The documentary cinema, as cinematic representation of reality, has serious problems in the relation with the reality due to increasingly unclear boundaries between fictional movies and mimetic transformation of spectator's perception.The documentary cinema could exceed this crisis of reality by use its own aesthetic possibilities. The mimetic behavior of the audience, that is `the spectator's habitus' must be transformed by a structural dissociation, and the perception of the film and the reality must be reconstructed for this purpose.In this study, `the epic documentary' suggested as an effective aesthetic method for dissolve `the spectator's habitus, based on Brecht's `epic theater theory.
