Violatinom of human right in the light of hadith and ways of compensation

Islamic religion has given great importance to the rights of servants against each others. The religion of Islam has considered the violations among servants as one of the greatest sins and of course prohibited. Particularly in the Qur'an and Sunnah, violations of the rights of servants are frequently mentioned. Violations against the Allah's servants has particular issues. First of all, it is violationsthat intentionally directly threat the life of the servants of Allah, such as killing and injuring people. Then as the violations that threat the life, there also the violations to the property as well. Rights violations on property may include individual rights such as interest, debt, fraud in trade, non-giving of the poor, and theft, as well as social rights violations such as corruption and bribery in public property. At the same time, the loss of human dignity and reputation is another violation of the right of servitude. Violations of human dignity can be regarded as rights violations such as slander, negligence, gossiping, reviling, insulting, cursing and mocking. The same right (beneficiaries) also must be applied to the interlocutors,mother and father, husband and wife, children, relatives, neighbours, guests, orphans, workers-employers, boss and worker, muslims and non-muslims. There are certain duties and responsibilities to each interlocutor. It is forbidden by Islam to violate the right of any person. Finally, the equalization of the right which occurs as a result of violations of rights, that is, forgiving each others. There are certain ways people be apologized. Firstly, if there is no material damage, then apologize is allowed. Likewise, if the right holder waives and waives his right, the right violation will be paid. In addition to this, the rights are paid to the guilty persons by the application of the punishment and shortening as compensation for their crimes or by compensating and compensating the damages. When we look at the life of the Prophet (p.b.u.h), we see the style and reactions against violations of rights very clearly. The Messenger of Allah did not abandon the seriousness of the rights violations, ruled with justice and took great care to protect the rights of the righteous.
