Equality of men and women in the context of the tafseer Hak Dîni Kur'ân Dili

In Islam, there are some differences and special regulations between men and women in terms of various rights and responsibilities. Although these differences are associated with biological and physiological phenomena, they have caused various discussions on the basis of equality. In this study, which is dealt with in the context of the tafsir of 'Hak Dîni Qur'ân Dili', the creation of women and men, their inherent characteristics, their social status, etc. It has been investigated to what extent the facts have an effect on their rights and responsibilities and whether these rights and responsibilities have an effect on the positioning of women. Whether the biological and physiological differences in question create an inequality or how they affect the attitude towards women has been examined in the context of the classical and modern period approach and the difference in interpretation between the periods has been revealed.
