Abstract (EN)

The Fâtımîd state, which was established in Raqqa by the people who adopted the Shia Isma'ili understanding, soon destroyed the state of the Ihshidis and became the religious and political rival of the Abbâsîds, the biggest Sunnî state of the time, and had a sermon in the Syrian region, including Hijaz. The sixth caliph of the Fâtımîds, Hakim Biemrillâh, has made more efforts to spread of the İsmaili thought than the previous Fâtımîd caliphs, and for this he established educational institutions, especially Daru'l-Hikme. In addition, the prohibitions imposed on women in the social sphere, Muslims who were not their own sects and non-Muslims during the Judge Biemrillâh were also the most striking aspects of his period. In addition to this, Hâkim was effective in the reconstruction of Egypt and Cairo, and has left works that have survived to the present day, especially the Judge Mosque. In the last period of the Hakim's reign, a group called Dürzî, who said that he was a god, appeared. This structure has become a new religion after Hâkim Biemrillâh. His sister Sittülmülük, who could not bear the prohibitions of the Hâkim any longer, and the opponents of the Hakim's government killed the Judge with his plan and ended his period.
