The interpretation of Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi is considered one of the most abundant interpretations of material, and the highest in quality and refinement. Al-Hakim adopted a verbal interpretation in which he focused on the verses of monotheism and justice without referring to the verses of jurisprudence, legislation, and other verses. The study of the impact of the Mu'tazila on the interpretation approach of Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi aims to identify his doctrine of interpretation. The research introduces Al-Hakim, one of the figures of interpretation and theology in the fifth century, his doctrine, the Mu'tazila thought of his time that influenced him, his scientific achievements, his writings, and getting to know his opinions, Sheikhs, and students. This research was based on an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: I explained the reason for choosing the topic, the importance of the research, some of the difficulties that I found in the research, and some previous scientific studies and research that talked about the topic. As for the first chapter, I divided it into four chapters: the emergence of the Mu'tazila and their doctrine, their five principles and their position on interpretation, interpretation by opinion and interpretation by sayings, and the position of scholars on interpretation by opinion. As for the second chapter, I divided it into three sections: introducing of Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi and his impact, the intellectual and political reality of his time, his writings and effects. The third chapter includes four chapters: the sources of reception and stages of composition, the methodologies and rules followed, his victory for the Mu'tazila thought, and the interpretation of some verses from Surat Al-Baqarah. It has been divided into five sections: the rulings on commandments according to Al-Jashmi, magic, abrogation in the Qur'an, and the issue of the attributes of ALLAH , and his views on the sciences of the Qur'an. The rules of interpretation according to Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi depend on the historical and cultural context of his time. Although he may have been free in his expression, he was influenced by the social and cultural environment around him. Therefore, his interpretations could have some limitations or trends that reflect the character of the time in which he lived.
